Model Abstract 4840-61I

The IBM SurePOS 600 Series Model 61I is an administrative unit that is equivalent to model 611 but is covered with IOR On-Site warranty service instead of EasyServ (Depot) warranty service. Throughout the salespages, references to the 5x1 and 6x1 models should be assumed to apply also to the equivalent 5xI and 6xI models.

SurePOS 610 (Non-Touch)

The SurePOS 610 provides the processing power and flexibility to support POS or combined POS/back-office applications. It provides a bright single-bulb active matrix display providing a wide viewing angle. The model 611 is the right choice if you don't need sound or wireless with your POS terminal. This system provides an optional keyboard as well as a wide array of optional features which allow you to customize the solution.

The SurePOS 600 Series is designed for retail specialties. You can configure the SurePOS 600 systems to support a wide variety of both IBM and non IBM I/O devices, everything from standard serial-attached devices such as the IBM Kitchen Subsystem or IBM 4610 SureMark printer, to USB-attached devices.
