Annual Contract Maintenance Programs
As part of our IT maintenance program, TDX Tech offers a range of annual contract programs for customers with repetitive defective products and large amounts of equipment. We’ll work with you to determine your annual failure rate and bill for services on a monthly cycle based on the annual failure rate.
Per Incident Repairs and Refurbishment
We also offer per incident, fixed-rate pricing for IT maintenance repairs and refurbishments as failures occur. Our certified technicians will ensure that your equipment is serviced and repaired to the manufacturer’s specifications. Plus, your equipment will be tested, cleaned, diagnostically evaluated and receive any necessary preventative IT maintenance.
