As part of our IT maintenance offerings, TDX Tech can provide a range of annual contract programs for customers with repetitive defective products and large amounts of equipment. We’ll work with you to determine your annual failure rate and invoice on a monthly cycle based on the annual failure rate.
Per Incident Repairs and Refurbishment
We also offer per incident, fixed-rate pricing for IT hardware repairs and refurbishments, as failures occur. Our certified technicians will ensure that your equipment is serviced and repaired to the manufacturer’s specifications. Plus, your equipment will be tested, cleaned, diagnostically evaluated and receive any necessary preventative IT maintenance.

- WebTraxAT™ (Asset Tracking) lets you view inventory levels, outgoing shipments, receipt of new shipments and status of repairs. The system helps track and maintain stock of maintenance-related products and components, stocked in our warehouse, to support your customized maintenance or warranty fulfillment program.
