Annual Contract Programs
TDX Tech offers a range of annual contract programs for customers with repetitive defective products and large amounts of equipment. We’ll work with you to determine your annual failure rate and bill for services on a monthly cycle based on the annual failure rate.
We also offer per incident, fixed-rate pricing for repairs and refurbishments as failures occur. Our certified technicians will ensure that your equipment is serviced and repaired to the manufacturer’s specifications. Plus, your equipment will be tested, cleaned, diagnostically evaluated and receive any necessary preventative maintenance.
Because downtime isn’t an option, TDX Tech can exchange or repair equipment as quickly as 24 hours from the time we receive your defective hardware. And we’ll stock your newly repaired equipment for future exchanges.
