Our client was using a discontinued data capture device that regularly needed repair and was not supported by the OEM. They required an efficient Depot Repair provider to help keep their hardware functioning so that business could continue as usual.
Our in-house technicians repair and refurbish the devices for a flat rate. We make it easy for customer personnel from different sites to quickly complete our on-line Repair Request form and instantly receive the generated RMA number. Without delaying our customer, they can immediately send in the equipment for repair. TDX Tech promptly repairs, refurbishes, configures & tests, and returns the equipment to the customer.
Our customer avoided the extremely high costs of replacing their data capture devices. By replacing the 9V alkaline batteries in the units with rechargeable batteries at our recommendation, the customer also saved additional operations costs they were not expecting. Both parties are proud to have built a very strong partnership that has existed for over 10 years.
